China's development of domestic market disrupts global apparel supply chain

A seminar called TheNewGeographyofSourcing was held during Texworld, and most of the participants focused on whether it is already difficult for China as a major textile and clothing production base to reach new heights.

A number of speakers pointed out that China has decided to prioritize the development of the domestic market and increase production prices, disrupting the global apparel supply.

Some participants even pointed out that the high production cost in mainland China, but I do not know which country can replace China, becoming the next global apparel production base.

The China Textile Promotion Branch of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade is a government organization responsible for regulating trade exhibitions. Vice-President Lin Yunfeng pointed out in response to the above questions that China is willing to cooperate with other markets. However, the unemployment problem in the United States and the financial crisis in Europe make the industry prospects Shadowed.

Lin Yunfeng continued that China is striving to produce higher quality apparel products and increase production to meet the increasing market demand. The South Asian and Southeast Asian markets have now taken shape and can provide more job opportunities.

China needs to develop the domestic market, but it will also take care of the growing international market, including Europe.
