It is understood that the Norit Solar Boiler Project is based on its solar energy application system technology developed and researched for five years and an investment of 120 million yuan. With the use of heat energy from the eight major industrial industries, and in the wake of the “industrial green power” follow-up industry, it has achieved the development of the total industrial heat energy market in the country.

In fact, from the Central Committee's proposal on the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" to the "Twelve Five-Year Plan for Science and Technology Progress" in the textile industry, there are clear requirements for energy conservation and emission reduction. According to statistics from the National Bureau of Statistics of China, since 1996, China has maintained industrial energy consumption accounting for more than 70% of the total energy consumption of the entire society. The huge energy consumption ratio has caused the solar energy industry to enter the industrialization field as an inevitable trend. Although China has a relatively good solar energy industry base, only the collector annual output exceeds 46 million square meters, accounting for more than 70% of the world, but most still stay in the application of low-temperature solar water heater applications, solar energy in high temperature industrialization problems need to be solved . According to some experts, most of the eight industrial heat temperatures, such as textiles and garments, are between 80°C and 250°C. For solar energy to be used successfully in these industries, higher temperatures must be achieved at the core solar energy components. The Norit Solar Boiler Project is based on CPC's medium temperature collector and boiler integrated thermal system. It adopts the company's unique all-glass vacuum medium temperature coating tube, CPC reflector and other technologies to absorb more solar thermal energy through focusing. Heating about 15 °C cold water to 95 °C, to provide preheated hot water for 10 tons of coal-fired boilers, then the boiler heated 95 °C hot water into 150 °C steam, breaking the original domestic collectors low temperature limit, to solve China's solar energy in the high-temperature industrial heat utilization technology problems. It is understood that the boiler system heat collection area of ​​5,200 square meters, the entire system can save 1,156 tons of standard coal annually, 3005 tons of carbon dioxide emissions. Moreover, on the basis of fully automatic control, the solar system has a life expectancy of 10 to 15 years, and the cost can be recovered in 4 years, fully embodying the low-carbon environmental protection concept of recycling.

In order to reduce the gap between China's energy use and economic growth, when the solar boiler project was released, Linuo Reiter launched the “Industrial Green Power” initiative, which aims to use CPC-U medium and high temperature solar collectors. The mature operating system is based on the technical research platform of the Novartis Shanghai Jiaotong University Solar Energy Research Institute. The aim is to provide green, sustainable energy power for textile and apparel companies. In order to effectively implement the plan for a long time, the company has also set up a medium-high-temperature large-project business division within the company.

“Industrial Green Power” will be used as the main force for the promotion of the sub-brand of NoroRite in the industrial sector. Its core goal is to replace 10% of heat sources in eight industries such as textiles and garments, and to promote the industrial thermal area of ​​11.7 million square meters within five years. 1.9 million tons of coal, 5.14 million tons of carbon dioxide emissions.

If the national boiler can be combined with solar energy, it will save 40 million tons of raw coal and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by about 74.36 million tons a year. It is believed that under the positive influence of solar energy companies, solar boilers and “industrial green power” industries will not only drive the solar market, but also advance the 20% energy saving and emission reduction targets of the “12th Five-Year Plan”.
