In the morning, law enforcement officers randomly sampled 6 bean curd workshops, including 3 tofu workshops. No formal procedures and poor sanitation are banned.
The Shang Fang Doufufang, located in the Changchun Stationery Factory, was the first spot check yesterday. The reporter saw a small sticky bean curd truck parked in front of a worn-out iron gate and entered the wet floor of the workshop. There are various kinds of containers and simple equipment used to make tofu in the broken eight places—a few large cylinders and a rusted metal tank. Two of the several bean curd workshops that were randomly sampled were also found to be in poor sanitary conditions, and several pairs of old shoes were still standing on the frame of the bean curd house in the former Changchun First Food Factory. The three bean curd workshops were banned.
The Health Supervision Bureau of the Health Bureau of Changchun City has coordinated the district health supervision departments and the Changchun Soybean Industry Management Chamber of Commerce. From yesterday, Changchun City started the standardization of many aspects of soybean product production, processing, and sales. The rectification will be carried out for one year.
